Our Approach
The first step is a complimentary Discovery session. We begin with a one-hour review of your Life Balance Chart which addresses the six key areas listed below. Together, we assess your fulfillment in each section, evaluate your level of satisfaction, and discuss possible areas of improvement or change. I have listed some sample questions that may be included in your discovery session per area of focus. In addition we also cover confidentiality, my roles and responsibilities asĀ a coach, your roles and responsibilities as a client and what you hope to gain from coaching sessions. Once that process is completed, I prepare an overview statement for your review. If we decide to move forward, we then schedule our first session. Sample questions may include the following.

After we review your discovery session, you determine which area of focus from your Life Balance Chart. Through specific exercises and suggested interventions used for changing perspectives, learning to put your best self forward and optimism, we create action items to accomplish the desired outcome. Keep in mind that the success of your program is solely dependent upon the work and time you commit.
